Exchanges and Return Policy 
 

All exchanges/returns must be in unused condition, in original packaging, and all tags attached.  No exceptions. 

 

Defective, damaged, incorrect and or missing items must be reported to Kila Couture within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

 

All exchanges/returns require a Return Authorization Number, or RA#. 

 

Please Send us an Email to obtain a RA#.  Returns or exchanges received by Kila Couture without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed.   Once we receive your request for a Return Authorization Number, we will send you detailed instructions to complete your exchange/return via email.

 

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

The customer is responsible for shipping charges to send the exchanged/returned items back to Kila Couture.

 

Kila Couture suggests using an insured courier or shipping service, such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS, to return ship your exchange/return.  This will help ensure your exchange/return is protected from damage or loss in the event it does not reach us.  Kila Couture is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

 

Unless damaged or defective, all special order items are Final Sale.

 


Product Availability

 

In the event Kila Couture processes your order and discovers that the item is not available for shipping (i.e. backordered, sold out), we will notify you via email of the status and do our best to fulfill the order as soon as possible. 

 

Product availability is subject to change without notice. 

 


Special Order Items

 

Kila Couture designates items that are not currently in inventory as Special Order Items.  If your desired item is listed as Special Order, please allow extra time for processing.  All Special Order items will list the amount of time you should allow before the item is processed and shipped.

 

If you order multiple items, and one or more of your items is designated a Special Order Item, you will receive the Special Order Item or Items in a separate shipment.  All other in stock items will be shipped per our normal processing time.

 


Shipping and Delivery Time

 

Kila Couture uses USPS Priority Mail as its primary shipping carrier.  Most orders ship within 2-3 business days from when the order was placed.  If there is a delay with your shipment, you will be notified via e-mail.

 

Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

 


International Shipping
 

Please contact us in the event that you require international shipping.

 


Sales Tax
 

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California (7.75 %).
